Our Services
UNDERSTANDING RODENT ACTIVITY IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST
Rodent activity is common throughout Western Washington due to mild winters, dense vegetation, aging construction, and abundant food sources. Mice and rats are active year-round and often increase activity during colder or wetter months as they seek shelter.
Effective rodent control focuses on:
- Identifying rodent species and activity levels
- Locating entry points and harborage areas
- Reducing rodent populations through trapping and exterior baiting
- Managing conditions that contribute to ongoing activity
Rodent control is rarely a one-time solution and often requires ongoing monitoring and maintenance.

RODENTS WE TREAT
Our rodent control services are designed to address common rodent species found in the Pacific Northwest, including:
- House mice
- Norway rats
- Roof rats
- Field mice

HOW OUR RODENT CONTROL WORKS

Inspection & Assessment
We identify rodent species, activity levels, entry points, and environmental factors contributing to the problem.

Population Control
Rodent populations are reduced through trapping and/or exterior baiting strategies appropriate for the site and level of activity.

Monitoring & Maintenance
Ongoing service allows for monitoring activity, adjusting control methods, and servicing rodent stations to maintain effectiveness.

Documentation & Communication
After each visit, customers receive documentation outlining findings, services performed, and recommendations.
RODENT CONTROL OPTIONS
Rodent control may be provided as:
- 3-Visit Rodent Trapping Program – A structured trapping program consisting of an initial setup visit and two follow-up visits. This program is designed to reduce active rodent populations and assess ongoing activity. Pricing for the 3-visit trapping program starts at $449.00 + tax.
- Ongoing Rodent Management – For properties with recurring rodent activity or environmental conditions that support rodent populations, an ongoing pest management Service Plan may be recommended to provide continued monitoring, exterior bait station servicing, and long-term support.
Because rodents may be constantly present in the surrounding environment, ongoing service is often recommended for properties with persistent or recurring activity.

Freqeuntly Asked Questions
Rodents are always present in the surrounding environment. Even after populations are reduced, new rodents may attempt to enter the property if conditions remain favorable. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance help reduce recurring activity.
We identify rodent entry points during inspections during our trapping program visits and provide recommendations to reduce access into the structure.
If exclusion work is needed, we will either provide a separate quote when within our scope or recommend an appropriate contractor to complete the repairs.
Timelines vary based on the level of activity and conditions on the property. Some situations improve quickly, while others require ongoing service to maintain control.
Not always. Occasional outdoor sightings are common, but repeated activity near the home can increase the risk of rodents entering. An inspection can help determine if prevention is needed.
